How do I know I am getting quality workmanship?

All our contractors are vetted on delivery and quality of their past and present projects. We communicate constantly with our contractors on timelines, delivery and finishes. We attempt to fix any snags before they become an issue at the end of the project. We communicate our progress with the client continuously and discuss any issues the client may have when the issue is flagged.

Who controls finance and costs of the project?

As the prefered project partner, we control all financials linked to the project. Making sure that we get the best prices that we got quoted, and we quoted to our client. We control payments to contractors, preventing them from using your money for other projects. Control of the financials helps us to make sure you, the client, do not get overcharged or have unncessary price increases without prior discussion and authorisation from you.

How do I know that I am getting what I paid for?

We help you from inception to finish. We will quote on the job that is on plan, we will deliver on the plan. Any changes to the plan by the property owner will be liaised with the architect, the owner and The Smart Building Hub to make sure that the changes are do-able and what the impact on final cost will be. Nothing is changed without consent from all parties involved. Any unavoidable material cost increases will be communicated timeously to the client so the client is constantly upto date with the process and budget.

How do I know I am working with a company that knows how to manage my build

Andy our head of The Smart Building Hub has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has managed and or been part of building projects and has experienced most of the issues you may experience in his time in the industry. He has an eye for detail and can see through any nonsense that may rise from contractors. With Andy heading the project, you can be sure of top class service and management.
