We talk through your project, budget and expectations. Scope, budget and key milestones are agreed before any contractor is appointed.
Step 2: Planning and budget
We set up a clear budget and payment plan, with payments linked to checked milestones and costs tracked, so you can see where the money stands from day one.
Step 3: Coordination and oversight
We help coordinate the right contractors for each phase, keep communication clear, and check progress at every milestone before any payment is released.
Step 4: Delivery and handover
Full project documentation handed over at completion: agreements, approvals, milestone sign-offs and contractor records. A permanent record of what was agreed, approved and done, useful to everyone if questions ever come up.
