If your contractor disappears, does substandard work, or refuses to account for your money — who do you call?
AIM clients always have an answer. We maintain the documentation, financial records, and contractor agreements that protect you at every stage of your project. We are not affiliated with any contractor. We work for you.
Why independence matters
In the traditional construction model, the same party doing the work also reports on that work, approves their own milestones, and issues their own invoices. There is no independent verification of anything — and as the property owner, you have no way to know what you don't know.
AIM operates differently. We have no commercial relationship with any contractor on your project. We are not incentivised to overlook delays, approve poor workmanship, or accelerate payments. Our only commercial interest is your outcome.
This is not a minor distinction. It changes every conversation, every site visit, and every invoice review we conduct on your behalf.
How it works — four steps
Step 1 — Consultation and scope definition
We understand your project, budget, and expectations. Scope, financial envelope, and key milestones are defined before any contractor is appointed.
Step 2 — Planning and financial structure
We establish your financial control framework — approved budgets, payment schedules linked to verified milestones, and cost tracking that gives you full visibility from day one.
Step 3 — Contractor coordination and oversight
We coordinate the right contractors for each phase, negotiate on your behalf, and verify progress independently at every milestone before any payment is released.
Step 4 — Delivery and handover
Full project documentation handed over at completion — agreements, approvals, milestone sign-offs, and contractor records. Your permanent record of everything, and your leverage if you ever need it.
